The Lord has plans for your weekend.
They may or may not be obvious to you, because the Lord rarely announces His work with fanfare. Instead, He weaves His plans into the ordinary – in familiar routines, small tasks, or simple conversations. What makes each day special in the Lord is not the spectacle or the size of the moment, but the presence of the One who actively inhabits it with you.
Any life event shared with the living God – the Creator of Heaven and Earth, the One who was dead and is now alive forevermore, and who indwells you by His Spirit – is an excursion into the miraculous. Not because the events themselves are miraculous, but because His presence makes them so.
So breathe in this assurance: You are always a part of His plans. You are never on the sidelines. No one carries more significance to His work than you. And whatever comes, nothing can derail your partnership with Him.
“For we are laborers together with God…” (1 Corinthians 3:9).
