We can’t beat God giving no matter how we try because He is not “trying;” He is just “being.”
When we have given all we have to give, He continues to give. When we forget to give, refuse to give or stop giving, He continues to give. Everything we have, beginning with the air in our lungs comes from His giving. He gives because He is a giver.
Therefore, every commandment as well as every promise comes from His desire to give to us, never to take from us.
