A word about that phone of yours. The problem is not “being on your phone all the time,” the real issue is what you are doing on your phone. You can be on your phone to include the people you are with or to rudely ignore them. You can be on it to build people up or to tear them down. You can be on it for constructive purposes or destructive diversions. You can be on it increasing your spiritual awareness or numbing it. As Jesus pointed out to the religious status quo, even the Bible itself can be used to love people or, when wrongly applied, to oppress them.
Don’t prejudge the phone or the user, because like most things, “good or bad” lies in the usage, not the device.
Something to take just a moment to consider.
