While some perceive belief in God as a refuge for the foolish and superstitious, I find it more irrational to attribute the uncanny and inexplicable experiences of my life to mere chance. My faith in God has not led me to abandon reason. On the contrary, I find there are far too many phenomena that I cannot reasonably dismiss or ignore. I have witnessed and experienced too much that defies conventional human explanation.
It’s not my role to convince anyone of God’s existence; all I can do is share why I believe He exists. As for those who show intellectual contempt for people of faith, from a biblical perspective, it is not those who believe who are foolish, but “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God’” (Psalm 14:1).
Something to take just a moment to consider today.
