There are moments in life so saturated with grace and wonder that words fail to capture their true essence. Today, I was blessed with such a marvelously mystical morning of thanksgiving and prayer. There was no grand display of heaven, no appearance of angels, nor was I transported to the third heaven. The glory of the moment was in simple things, imperceptible to the eye but very real and personal to my spirit. It was a gentle reminder of the extraordinary journey we have embarked upon with the living Christ.
Throughout my spiritual journey with Christ, I have encountered many moments of divine connection, each unique in its beauty and significance. These moments, while inspiring, are like manna from above, meant to be enjoyed and appreciated in the present. They remind us we serve an everyday, ever-present God. He is not going anywhere, and He is unwavering in His provision. He is indeed Jehovah Jireh, our provider. These moments also serve as testimonies of the “excellencies of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9) that can inspire others to trust God for their own divinely prepared “manna.”
Something to take just a moment to consider today.
