“Whom have I in heaven but You? I desire You more than anything on earth. My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; He is mine forever” (Psalm 73:25).
The following three statements, inspired by the above Scripture verse, put the past, present and future in a perspective that never fails to refresh my faith in the Lord.
1. Nothing happened yesterday that the Lord cannot use to make my relationship with Him even more precious to me.
2. The best thing about today is, no matter what it involves, I get to spend all of it with Him.
3. The worst that can happen is the best is yet to come. (And yes, that is worded as I meant it.)
