“Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good” (1 Corinthians 12:7).
In Christ, God’s Spirit has given each one of us a specific effect, a way of participating in and contributing to His eternal purposes. It is beyond the narrow definition of “my spiritual gift” or any ministry in particular. It involves our entire way of “being.” Our personality. Our style. Our “vibe.” In short, “the manifestation of the Spirit” is how Christ is living His life in you and through you. It is not static. It is often surprising. It cannot be imitated or replaced. And when we are aware of it, always fascinating.
May the Lord bless You with His joy in your “being” this week.
