Today we use the phrase “walk on water” to express something either impossible or beyond reasonable expectation. For example, “Yeah, I mean he’s great and everything, but he doesn’t walk on water.” Or, “Just because I handled that last crisis doesn’t mean I can walk on water.”
And then there is Jesus…
It makes sense to trust Someone who can walk on water – and make it look easy.
