Perhaps like me, you have thought the Lord’s attentiveness to “the very hairs of your head” is a product of His greatness more than it is an indicator of the significance of “the hair.” After all, He knows everything. But today the Lord refreshed my understanding that His attentiveness to every detail of my life is a product of His greatness and of His great love for me personally.
So, this morning, with fresh eagerness, I put all my fears, my worries, my disappointments and my aspirations – along with my thankfulness in a simple, “cardboard box” of prayer and “handed them” to the Holy Spirit (who also helped me to identify and package them) for special, same-moment delivery to Him.
I also prayed for everyone who reads this morning’s Monday Morning Boost, seeking to receive a blessing from the Lord, that He will personally reassure you of His attentive, affectionate and active involvement in all the details of your day and in all the contents of your heart.
Thanks Pastor and dear friend for such precious thoughts to begin this week. It doesn’t get much better than this. Amen and AMEN!!!
