“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see” (Hebrews 11:1). Therefore, the Lord doesn’t want our investment in our relationship with Him to feel like speculating on the stock market. He doesn’t want us to feel a question mark but an exclamation point. He has given us a historical and personal “prospectus,” as well as the inner confirmation of His Spirit that He is who He said He is. So, we can approach this week with utter confidence that He is with us wherever we go and in whatever circumstances we may be.
