“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you” (Jeremiah 32:17).
Of course what comes to mind when we consider these glorious words are great challenges, terrific obstacles, and overwhelming adversity. And appropriately so. But don’t forget to include yourself. You aren’t too hard for the Lord, either. Your doubts are not too hard for Him. Your fears are not too hard for Him. Your disappointments are not too hard for Him. Your discouragement is not too hard for Him. And this is just a starter list, feel free to add whatever you like, because everything about you is included in the “nothing” that is too hard for Him. He knew exactly who you were when He called you to belong to Jesus Christ. He doesn’t need your address to find you. He doesn’t need the instructions to figure you out and He isn’t backlogged because of co-vid19. He is ever-present, ever-ready and everlasting in His love for you.
