Twenty-four hours still make a day. Yet, as the world has evolved, technology has introduced an ever-increasing number of options—making life both more convenient and more burdensome. The sheer effort of navigating countless decisions makes it feel like we have less time.
That’s why I believe choice management is a more accurate description than time management. We’re not just searching for more time; we’re filtering through an abundance of choices, striving to determine what truly matters. Decision fatigue is real.
Yes, setting goals and establishing priorities is always helpful, but what brings me the greatest relief is knowing I have a Choice Director who sees beyond my limited perspective and guides my life. In reliance upon Him, I’ve learned that sometimes the best option is simply to choose—and trust. I cannot make failsafe choices, but I belong to a failsafe God.
